Is pleasure a form of activism? 

When it is self-resourced, nourishing pleasure that creates self awareness, self love and self compassion then you better believe it is!

How would your life look if you could tap into your own resource of pleasure to help regulate your nervous system, feel good and connect in a more healthy way with others? What is pleasure was available to you, inside your body at any time... so you didn't have to look outward to access it?

I created the online course 'Pleasure Yoga' to share some practices that have revolutionized the way I feel in my body and the way I connect with others, and I made these practices so they are non-gendered and available to everyone, no matter what gender, sexuality or spiritual belief. 

These tools build somatic awareness, sensitivity and help you to stay present in your body, as well as helping to heal issues around worthiness of pleasure, feelings of shame or reconnecting with yourself after trauma.

Using movement, breath, awareness, sound and laughter we'll tap into the infinite source of our internal pleasure world and how we can use pleasure to fuel our lives and love our bodies. 

Whether you're totally new to yoga and meditation, or whether you're someone who has been practicing for years, you're sure to get some new tools from this workshop. Some tools are from tantra some from taoism and some from mindfulness and embodiment. 

We'll explore 

-Mindful sensual embodiment meditation tools

-Pleasure yoga asana practice for opening the body

-Pleasure breathwork and orgasmic breathwork

-Self-worship

-Sensual embodied dance.

 These practices are done alone and not with others- they are designed for connecting with yourself and your self-resourced,  internal pleasure world. 

Attendees also can purchase the online course for 50% off if they want to continue their practices at home. 

What to bring- 

A yoga mat and sarong/towel and water.

People with vaginas can also use a yoni egg to enhance the practices.

Who am I?

Luna Agneya from Sensual Artistry- www.sensualartistry.com

Perth born and word travelling nomad, Luna has been working between the adult industry and the spiritual communities for over 8 years. Her passion is fusing the conscious communities and the kink and sex positive spaces, as well as specializing and dance and movement after spending most of her life as a dancer and performer. She loves sharing a modern take on spiritual practices that is grounded and inclusive.

Luna has been doing yoga, tantra, meditations and all kinds of spiritual healing modalities over the years, getting certified as a Yoga/meditation/pranayama instructor in 2016 and is currently studying Sex, love and relationship coaching at the Tantric Institute of Integrated Sexuality with the incredible Layla Martin. Luna also has completed a trauma awareness for facilitators course and is passionate about creating safe spaces for transformation and integration to occur.
