Breathwork an emotional release and self-healing process using deep connected breath and movement to reach altered states of consciousness and access our emotional and primal brain- Somatically releasing trapped emotions and integrate them in our system. This is different to pranayama and other techniques- a breathwork journey can be an incredibly powerful experience and is used in therapy and is currently gaining popularity as one of the most effective forms of trauma release and emotional release.

We share a Yin and Yang way of doing the breathwork to suit different needs- whether your system needs something more internal and calm or if it needs a more external emotional release.

You will be guided through techniques and ways to explore emotions that arise as well as getting information about breathwork, how it works and what you can expect.

Perth born and word travelling nomad, Luna has been doing yoga, tantra, meditations and all kinds of spiritual healing modalities over the years, getting certified as a Yoga, pranayama and meditation instructor in 2016 and is currently studying at the Tantric Institute of Integrated Sexuality and has completed 'Safer Spaces' trauma awareness for facilitators course.

Sol is a psychiatric aid, reiki practitioner and care team specialist.
